I have been working over 15 years in the fitness industry.
As a personal trainer I have done thousands of personal training sessions and programs over the years and gained lots of experience.
I am fully qualified and insured. My background has always been active football, swimming, boxing, bodybuilding. I also played football at semi professional level.
My philosophy in life is ‘It is never to late to start exercising and living a healthy life style’. You have only one life, don’t take it for granted, the most precious thing is you!!!.
Exercise has always played an important part of my life, I am a highly motivated, passionate trainer. Fitness training has helped me to overcome barriers in my life. I get great satisfaction and a buzz helping people reach their fitness goals.
